Food brings nourishment to our lives in many ways. When you eat not only for physical health but also in gratitude and appreciation for your food you are also nourishing your soul. Food can bring joy and comfort when removed from rules and shame. Food can also be very nourishing to our relationships with friends, family and community. A social eating experience connects us all in a primal way and breaks isolation. It is my goal to help all of my clients find their way toward a truly nourishing relationship with food.
